The company can provide customers with annual machine tool inspections, regular maintenance services and door-to-door services within 24 hours, pricing or negotiation.

2.the buyer and the seller fulfill the responsibility of the terms of use and maintenance of the machine tool

The customer can notify the company at any time if any failure occurs during the use of the machine tool. The company will be responsible for sending technicians to visit and repair the service. The customer has a machine tool failure problem during normal use. The company will be responsible for free maintenance services within one year from the date of purchase. However, the cost of replacing any accessories will be borne by the customer, and the charges for various accessories will be charged at reasonable prices. (The damaged parts are inspected by a technician for quality problems within three months and can be replaced free of charge by our company first.)

The customer has changed the control system of the machine tool due to the use of programming software of other companies. When our technicians come to the door for repairs, they will charge the maintenance fee according to the company's paid service standards. The company is not responsible for free warranty.

To ensure the normal operation of the machine tool, the customer must select qualified machine tool operators and perform regular maintenance on the machine tool. If the customer does not have a qualified operator and needs training, you can contact the company or the manufacturer. The company will provide technical training services to customers at a competitive price.

The machine tool malfunctions due to operator's violation of the operating regulations or the machine cannot operate normally due to the operator's personal technical problems, and the company is required to send someone to repair or service on the grounds that the machine is broken. Normal maintenance will be charged at 300 yuan / set. (Far-distance tolls are charged according to regional highways, and serious damages are discussed separately).

After the warranty period, the price will be charged according to the location of the area. After receiving the customer's fault fax, the company's technical staff will reply to the fax quotation. The customer agrees that after the quotation signature of our company is confirmed and returned, our company will send someone to repair it. After the maintenance of the machine is completed and confirmed by the customer's relevant personnel, the customer must pay the relevant maintenance costs immediately.

The self-provided technicians are designed to enable customers to use the machine in a timely and high-level manner at the time of purchase and to obtain timely after-sales service in the future. In the process of machine tool debugging, our technicians will introduce the use functions, maintenance and precautions of the machine tools to customers in detail. Customer operators must follow the procedures.

The technicians sent by the company will serve customers with an acknowledgement of true attitude. If the customer has any opinions about the company or is unsatisfied with the technical staff's work and service attitude and arbitrary charging, please feel free to call and complain so that we can better serve you.

3. the following faults are not covered by the warranty

Any abnormality in the conveying part caused by normal wear of the machine, precision and finish problems caused by improper replacement of guide wheels, bearings and other consumables, and human or force majeure (such as lightning strikes, inadequate operation caused water leakage, short circuit, etc. ) Caused by machine failure. If the above faults are to be repaired, they are paid repairs.
